Hello, simply said, backup apps in your non-rooted android is easy.
Thats true. It is easy.
If u do wipe phone or reset to factory setting.
Eventhough the application saved data does not backed up, at least the application .apk is backed up so u don’t have to redownload all application you have previously.

First, before u do wipe, download “Astro File Manager” from Android Market. It is free.

Install it.

When you open Astro File Manager for the first time, there will be splash screen (pop up window) for you to choose which features you want to use.

Select Application Backup.

At this window you should choose application you want to backup.
You can also select all application too.
After you check (choose) the app(s), just press the backup button and it will start working on backup your app(s).

Easy? True.

To restore your apps after you wipe the device, you have to install the Astro File Manager first. There’s two way.
First, you can open default file manager, open sdcard, select backup/apps/, and find ‘com.metago.astro’ and install it. If there’s pop up about cannot install, select first button on the left, and tick the ‘Unknown Sources’. After that, you can try install it again.
Second, download and install it from Android Market.

After that, when you open Astro File Manager, there will be splash screen (pop up window) for you to choose which features you want to use. Select ‘Application Backup’, and the ‘Backup’ tab.

You should know what to do from here, just like before, select apps you want to restore, and after selection you just need to press ‘Restore’ button.

Here’s how:

1. First open Command Prompt (Start>Run>Type “cmd” without the quotes)

2. On the flushing cursor type “diskpart” (again without the quotes) Note: Wait for the Diskpart> and the flushing cursor to appear, usually it takes 5 seconds.

3. After the Diskpart> appears, type “list volume” (no quotes ok). It will then show all the drive in your computer including optical drives.

4. Select the drive you like to hide, for example using my system configuration, I want to hide drive d: then I’ll just type “select volume 3” (excluding the quotes). This varies depending on your system configuration.

5. After that, type “remove letter D” (again without the quotes). Then exit command prompt.

Your drive now is hidden, don’t worry its not been deleted of formatted, we just hide it. So if you want to see your drive again just follow the following.

To unhide the partition, repeat the steps 1-4 and on step 5 type “assign drive D” (ok again without the quote).

That’s all; your drive now is not hidden

Ketika mendengar “Bisnis 5 Milyar” jangan sekali-kali kita tergiur dengan judul programnya yang bombastis/muluk-muluk, atau menuduhnya tidak masuk akal atau penipuan. Kita telusuri dan pelajari dulu sistemnya dengan perlahan dan teliti. Jadi, tidak perlu buru-buru menghakimi bisnis ini!

“Bisnis 5 Milyar” merupakan sebuah judul/tajuk program yang dipakai untuk menarik minat orang atau pangsa pasar atau target untuk ikut bergabung dan menjalankan sistemnya. Kalau mau balik modal dan sedikit untung, kita cukup mencari dan mengajak 4 orang member untuk bergabung di bisnis ini. Jika 4 member kita juga mencari masing-masing 4 member dengan motivasi agar bisa balik modal, dan begitu seterusnya sampai Level ke-5, maka kita sebagai Level ke-1 sudah bisa menikmati uang yang masuk ke rekening kita sekitar Rp 50 juta lebih.

Uang lumayan besar tsb bisa kita peroleh dalam hitungan minggu atau bulan. Tergantung keuletan dan ketekunan serta kesabaran kita mempromosikan program ini ke siapa saja yang kita kenal atau pun tidak kita kenal. Note : I’m using Microsoft Windows XP SP 3, Visual Foxpro 9, and WAMP server 1.7.3, I’m working on a single desktop pc. I’m sorry i didn’t include the images example on doing this, hope with just the texts you would understand how it works.

First, create a database on MySQL. The database is quite important, because when you install and configure ODBC, there’s an option of which databases you want to use. I’m also using PHPmyadmin for the GUI of the database application. here’s for example.

> INSERT INTO `dbfarmasi`.`tb_brg` (`kdbrg` ,`nmbrg`) VALUES ( ’00001′, ‘First item’ );

i’m named the database “dbfarmasi” and the table “tb_brg”. So here, we got a database and a table, rock!

Then you download a software called MySQL ODBC Connector. I’m using mysql-connector-odbc-3.51.25-win32.exe, which is free, and can be downloaded by visit mysql site. You can try to google it.

Install. After installation has done, you should go to “Control Panel” > “Administrative Tools” > “Data Sources (ODBC)”. And then there’s pop-up window of ODBC. In “User DSN” tab, right side, press “Add” button”, and select “MySQL ODBC 3.51 Driver” as the data source, and “Finish”.

Another windows will appear, it is a configuration window for ODBC. Try this :

Data source name : koneksi
Description : connect foxpro and mysql
Server : localhost
User : root
Database : dbfarmasi

The DSN name is up to you, so does the description.
The default Server is localhost, ’cause I’m not using remote database.
Default user name is root, as the first super user name in mysql.
I’m using no password on mysql (it is set to none by default when you’re install WAMP)
and the database I’m using is dbfarmasi, as i’ve created before.

Ta-da. The connection has been made.

Now, for the visual foxpro. here is a simple one :
Create a project, whatever the name is, save it. on “Project Manager” window, choose “Code” tab.
Press “New” on Program.
Here is the code:

close and save it to name :  ”setdatabase“

now, back to “Project Manager” window, choose “Document” tab, press “New” button to create a new form, and pick the “New Form”, not the “Form Wizard” thing.

named the first textbox to : txtkdbrg and the second textbox to : txtnmbrg.
Add a grid to form. named it as gridContainer. 

Now double-click the form,  select the object form1 and the procedure init, and add this code:

Save the form and run it. TA-DA. It works, its connected. The content of table “tb_brg” is showed by the form by the gridContainer.

It means that the ODBC works. Here the connection thing :

means :
run program code “setdatabase” (which we’ve created before, for connection)
select P1 as ODBC connection DNS, (connection name variable in setdatabase (replace SQLCONNECT(bla bla bla))
“select * from tb_brg”, the sql query, select all from table tb_brg
“tb_brg”, is a cursor in visual foxpro, that used for alias.

So, with SQLEXEC([connection name],”[sql query]“,[cursor name]), you can do sql command: SELECT. Don’t forget to add cursorname/alias when you’re using SELECT.

You don’t have to add cursorname if you’re using INSERT or DELETE query.
example :

SQLEXEC(P1,”insert into tb_brg (kdbrg,nmbrg) values (‘”+thisform.txtkdbrg.value+”‘,’”+thisform.txtnmbrg.value+”‘)”)

means you insert value from textbox (txtkdbrg and txtnmbrg).
for delete command example :
